Tor O. Austigard graduated from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and The University of Tokyo in 2006, after a 3-year long stay in Japan. From 2007 to 2013 he worked as architect and project leader at various practices in Oslo, while running Austigard Arkitektur as a side business, and in 2013 he started the business full time.



Bjarte Stav graduated from Oslo School of Architecture in 2014, after studies at Lisbon University and NTNU. Before joining Austigard in 2017, Bjarte worked in the municipality of Stavanger as an architect in the department of planning and city development. He is also a journalist, graduating with a bachelor degree from University in Stavanger in 2008 and has worked several years as a journalist. 



Hanna Kurlovich started her architectural studies in Brest, Belarus, where she also worked as a designer, social media manager and moviemaker, before doing her bachelor’s and master’s degree at the University of Gdansk, graduating in 2017. She has worked as an architect for various companies, before starting full-time as a freelancer from 2018. Hanna is a regular freelancer for Austigard Architects, working out of Gdansk.



Mia Šantić graduated from the University of Split at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in 2018. During her studies, she worked as an architect on several projects in Split and Barcelona. In 2012 she graduated as well at School of Design as an interior designer. Mia is an intern at Austigard Architects, working out of Barcelona.




João Pedro Faria graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Lisbon in 2015. Since then he has worked as an intern and junior architect with a couple of architecture offices in Portugal and in the Netherlands focusing on BIM and with concept project phases as designer, visual advisor and content producer. In 2017, he started freelancing, collaborating with Dutch architects and working on his own projects in Portugal, when he became a regular architect in Austigard Arkitektur.
